After losing three of five to the lowly Chicago White Sox, the Twins will now look for wins in a place where they’ve historically struggled.

The Blue Jays own a record of 115-71 against the Twins in their home stadium; that’s a winning percentage of .618, their highest figure against any opponent in franchises history (with a minimum 50 games).
Over the last 10 years, the Twins have won just one series in Toronto.
Despite being seven-games under .500, the Blue Jays are just five games back of a Wild Card spot. Jose Bautista and Josh Donaldson have battled injuries but are healthy now. They’ve also made a killing against the Twins in their careers whether the game is in Toronto or not.

The pitching staff has to find a way to slow those two down, if they don’t, it’s going to be a long weekend.
Bartolo Colon, Dillon Gee and Kyle Gibson are the Twins’ starting pitchers in the series.
Minnesota begins play on Friday just a half-game up in the American League Wild Card race. With four teams breathing down their necks, they can’t afford to be swept.
