NFL to review Peterson case for disciplinary action
Adrian Peterson faces potential disciplinary action from the NFL after he agreed to a plea deal with a Texas court to avoid serving jail time over accusations he whipped his 4-year-old son. ‘Major’ glitches with MNSure system just days before launch
There is little more than a week before Minnesota’s health insurance exchange website opens for enrollment, but state officials admit they’re still ironing out bugs with the online system. The company required to overhaul the MNSure website says it has yet to resolve “10 major issues” with the site, but says it’s confident the problems will be solved on time.

Police escorts for NFL teams temporarily suspended after Washington crash
Minneapolis police have announced they will not provide private escorts for NFL buses as the department investigates a collision between a police cruiser and the Washington Redskins bus over the weekend. An officer tried to pass the motorcade as it made its way to TCF Bank stadium Sunday when she lost control and hit a guardrail. The lead bus then slowed down and was rear-ended by a second bus.

Woman accused of hitting boss five times with metal plate
A woman from St. Paul accused of repeatedly hitting her boss in the face with a metal plate after he told her she may lose her job is facing felony charges. Waasohn Senite Dorliae, 25, has been charged with second-degree assault in Dakota County after police say she hit him five times in the head when he reprimanded her for being late to work.

Acme owners delighted with Roadrunner graffiti
Property owners are rarely happy they’ve been targeted by graffiti artists, but bosses at Minneapolis’ Acme Foundry were delighted when they discovered an anonymous prankster had placed cardboard cutouts of Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner on either side of the company’s entrance. Acme business manager Monica Sweeney says the comany will keep them there.
