Zero wins in six games isn’t deterring fans from attending today’s home opener against the Chicago White Sox.
From personal experience around the noon hour, here’s what I can tell you for sure:
- Target Field is going to be packed.
- Finding parking is a nightmare.
- Avoid 7th Street because construction and traffic has the street a mess.
As for the Twins, they’re looking for win No. 1 on the season after being swept in back-to-back series against the Orioles and Royals.
But forget the losses – the opener at Target Field is producing more optimism than negativity.
Apparently nobody's checked the standings! 😉 #TwinsOpener

Manager Paul Molitor, after adjusting the lineup a few times last week, is going back to the lineup he had for the season opener in Baltimore.
Kyle Gibson takes the mound for his 2016 debut and he’ll go against White Sox lefthander Carlos Rodon.
