St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman says his city’s arena – the Xcel Energy Center – competes with Minneapolis’ Target Center. Coleman complained to Governor Dayton that it would be unfair if the state gave Target Center a leg up in that competition as part of a stadium funding package.
