Aaron Hicks, who is battling Darin Mastroianni and Joe Benson for the center field job, is doing everything he can to lock it up early.
Today Hicks hit three home runs, and added a two-run single for a 6-RBI day in Minnesota’s 10-6 comeback win over Philadelphia.
On the down side, a rough outing for Twins starter Kyle Gibson. He gave up six earned runs in 2-1/3 innings.
