After relieving Sam Mitchell of his duties as interim coach this week, the Minnesota Timberwolves are scheduled to meet with Tom Thibodeau and Jeff Van Gundy about the coaching vacancy, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
The interviews will take place within the next few days, Yahoo Sports says.
Jon Krawczynski of the AP reports that the Wolves want to make their decision quickly.

Thibodeau last coached the Chicago Bulls from 2010-2015, leading the Bulls to the playoffs in each of his five seasons including a Conference Finals appearance in 2010.
He spent 20 years as an assistant coach in the NBA with stops in: Boston, Houston, New York and Philadelphia.
His first professional coaching job was in Minnesota where he spent two seasons as an assistant coach.
Van Gundy has 18 years of coaching experience with the Knicks and Rockets but has not been coaching since 2006. Since being let go by Houston, he has since worked for ESPN as an NBA analyst and commentator.
