By 6:45 p.m. Thursday Karl-Anthony Towns could be wearing a Timberwolves hat if Minnesota chooses him with the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft.
If Towns isn’t the pick, he could be headed to Los Angeles; the Lakers have the second pick in the draft.
ESPN’s Chad Ford is saying Towns going to the Wolves is the only sure thing about the draft, which might explain why Towns said he’d rather be mentored by Kevin Garnett than Kobe Bryant when he was asked by Complex Sports.
Complex designed the interview as a fun way to see if Towns is a better fit in Minnesota or Los Angeles. He had two choices for each question.
