Way back in the day when Kevin Garnett was one of the best players in the NBA, SLAM magazine put him on the cover with a caption reading “100 % real juice.”
Fast forward to today and SLAM has recreated the Garnett cover using the newest Timberwolves sensation, Karl-Anthony Towns.

Towns told SLAM that he can see Garnett in himself when he looks in the mirror, while adding: “I’ve always said that I want to leave the game on my own terms, finish as the best player that’s ever lived, and do it my own way—never a version two of someone else, but the first version of myself.”
