The Cleveland Indians beat the Minnesota Twins 5-0 on Wednesday night.
It was the 10th time this season the Twins have been shutout. Cleveland has now kept the Twins scoreless for 17 consecutive innings.

T.J. House (2-3) quieted the Twins bats into the sixth inning. The lefty kept them off the scoreboard and held Minnesota to just four hits. He struck out five and picked up just his second win of the season.
Offensively the Twins managed just six hits for the game – all of them were singles. No one had more than one.
Ricky Nolasco (5-9) started for Minnesota. He took a step forward, but still was tagged with the loss. Nolasco gave up four runs on eight hits and struck out six in 6 1/3 innings of work.
Mike Aviles had a big night for Cleveland. He was 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs and a stolen base. Jason Kipnis added an RBI double and Zach Walters homered for Cleveland.
The one bright spot for the Twins was Brian Dozier. Dozier was 1-for-3 in the game, and stole a base. It was his 20th of the season, putting him in the 20/20 club (20 home runs, 20 stolen bases).
It won’t get a lot easier for Minnesota on Thursday, the Indians send Corey Kluber (13-6) to the mound in the final game of the series against Phil Hughes.
