Miguel Sano has been on the DL since the end of May but is getting closer to returning to the Twins. Terry Ryan told reporters Thursday Sano will report to Rochester to begin a rehab assignment.
Sano began the season in the outfield which is a place he’s never played before. With Max Kepler being more suited for the outfield and starting to heat up offensively some speculate whether Sano will ever play in the outfield again.
Terry Ryan said Miguel Sano will play third base in Rochester tomorrow, then he'll DH, then he'll play right field.
I don't get it.
