Mayor R.T. Rybak thinks there are just enough yes votes to get the Vikings stadium plan through the Minneapolis City Council. But he’s asking residents who support it to turn up the heat on their council members. All of the council members will vote on the Vikings stadium plan Thursday as a committee, with a final vote Friday.
