It’s day two of the MLB Winter Meetings in Orlando, Florida and the Twins are all over the rumor mill once again.
Late last night news broke that the Twins were in hot pursuit of former Blue Jays outfielder Rajai Davis, but the latest news today has the Tigers jumping in and signing Davis from the Twins.

La Velle Neal III writes that he was surprised the Twins showed interest in the 33-year-old Davis anyway.
Meanwhile, the Twins are reportedly still making moves to try and sign right-handed starter Bronson Arroyo, who has pitched at least 200 innings in every season since 2005.
The Twins have already inked deals with starters Ricky Nolasco and Phil Hughes. Adding a third new starter, according to the Star Tribune, would allow the Twins to bring Kyle Gibson along slowly. Gibson struggled last season as a rookie, posting a 6.53 ERA in 10 starts.
The seemingly biggest move the Twins could still make would be signing ex-Twin pitcher Matt Garza. The Pioneer Press reports the Twins are closely monitoring a “desired reunion” with Garza.

The Twins showed interest in signing A.J. Pierzynski and Jarrod Saltalamacchia, but now that the market for catchers has dried up they are unlikely to sign anyone via free agency, according to MLB Trade Rumors.
