Ricky Rubio had his best shooting night of the season, leading the Timberwolves to a 107-98 win at Milwaukee Wednesday night.
Rubio finished with 19 points, 12 assists and a season-high 8 steals. He was 5-6 from three-point range.
Nikola Pekovic had his second consecutive big offensive game since returning from a sprained ankle. He led the Wolves with 25 points. He scored 29 in Minnesota’s win over Boston on Monday.
It’s the Wolves’ first two-game winning streak since mid-December. Minnesota has also won three straight road games.
Rick Adelman now has 999 wins as a head coach.
