The Twins overcame a five-run hole after the first inning to win 6-5 over the Rangers on Sunday.
Matt Belisle came in for the save – the first for a Twins ninth-inning reliever since All-Star closer Brandon Kintzler was traded last week. After the game he talked talked about the “resiliency” the Twins have shown this season.

Following the Twins’ 8-4 win over Texas on Friday night, Brian Dozier told Fox Sports North’s Audra Martin the Twins are not done and they are going to “surprise” people.
Sunday’s win was highlighted by a trio of home runs from Brian Dozier, Max Kepler and Eddie Rosario, along with 5 solid innings on the mound by Jose Berrios after he gave up five early runs to start the game.
With the victory, the Twins are still very much in the mix in the AL Wild Card race, just three games off the pace for that final playoff spot.
