Update
The Wolves have reportedly agreed to terms on a one-year, $1.6 million deal with free agent power forward Jordan Bell. Bell is a restricted free agent so the Golden State Warriors have the right to match the offer.
Bell averaged 3.3 points and 2.7 rebounds in 68 games during his second season in 2018-19.
Original story
After taking D’Angelo Russell out from underneath the Timberwolves’ feet on Monday night, the Golden State Warriors used pieces they got from Brooklyn in the Russell trade and sent them to Minnesota: Namely, point guard Shabazz Napier.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Warriors are sending Minnesota Napier, Treveon Graham and cash to the Timberwolves.

The Wolves also agreed a deal with restricted free agent Jordan Bell for 1-year and $1.6 million, though the Warriors will have the opportunity to match that.

It’s unclear if Napier and Graham will stick with the Wolves, but reports indicate their contracts will be guaranteed if they’re not waived by July 10.
Minnesota definitely needs depth at point guard, while Graham, who averaged 5.3 points with the Nets last season, plays shooting guard, a position of depth for the Wolves.

The contracts of Shabazz Napier and Treveon Graham are non-guaranteed.
They could be tools used in another trade by Minnesota — as outgoing salary that another team wouldn’t need to keep.
If they do stay, both players are great values at their price, in my opinion.

The Athletic’s Jon Krawczynski says: “Told there’s a chance that either of these guys stick for the season. But impression I have is this is a move that could beget other moves eventually.”
Napier averaged 9.4 points and shot just 38.9% overall and 33.3% from 3 last season with the Nets.
