The Oklahoma City Thunder have yet to release an official update on Nerlens Noel’s condition, but Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that the Noel suffered a concussion as a result of his nasty fall during Tuesday’s game between the Minnesota Tiimberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder.
After scary fall last night, Oklahoma City Thunder center Nerlens Noel has been diagnosed with a concussion — and tests showed he avoided any fractures, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium.

Noel was taken to the hospital in Oklahoma City after being stretchered off the floor following his hard fall, which was the result of a mid-air collision with Andrew Wiggins.
Wiggins went up for a dunk and in the process wound up elbowing Noel in the head. Noel lost his balance and crashed to ground with the side of his head slamming against the hardwood court.
Wiggins wished Noel well in a tweet and all parties involved seemed to agree that Wiggins’ elbow was inadvertent.
My prayers out to you 🙏🏾 @NerlensNoel3
