Wild defenseman Jonas Brodin returned to practice last week and it sounds like he’ll be back in the lineup on Saturday night when Minnesota hosts the Nashville Predators.

According to Michael Russo of the Star Tribune, Brodin said he’s good to go, but head coach Bruce Boudreau wants to talk to the team doctors first.
Brodin skated in Nate Prosser’s spot, so he’ll most likely be paired with rookie Gustav Olofsson on the Wild’s third pairing.
Brodin has been out since Jan. 19 with a broken finger and he was recently placed on injured reserve. If he indeed plays tonight, the Wild will have to make a corresponding roster move.
In 43 games this season, Brodin has 3 goals and 13 assists while averaging over 19 minutes of ice time per game.
