Vikings pro bowl fullback Jerome Felton had a really bad day on Wednesday.
First, Forbes said Felton is the most overpaid player in the NFL.
Second, Felton had to undergo an emergency appendectomy, the Star Tribune reports. The operation could keep Felton out for the remainder of the preseason.
Felton joined the team for the morning walk-through, but didn’t take the field for the final practice of training camp in the afternoon.
Per the Star Tribune report, Felton should be ready to play in the regular season opener against the Lions.
