Former Packers defensive end Datone Jones and Ravens defensive back Lardarius Webb have been linked to the Vikings.
Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press says Webb is a potential fit for Minnesota while NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport says Jones is visiting the Vikings today.
RavensWire notes that Webb, 32, has been an instrumental member of Baltimore’s secondary since he was taken in the third round of the 2009 draft. Baltimore GM Ozzie Newsome is on record saying the door’s not closed on a possible return for Webb, but Webb’s Instagram message from Sunday says otherwise.

Through four years in the NFL, Jones has 73 tackles, 9 sacks and 1 interception. His numbers aren’t all that impressive considering he was a first-round pick in 2013, but PackersWire says Jones led the Packers in quarterback pressures last season – his first full season as an outside linebacker.
In Mike Zimmer’s 4-3 base defense, Jones could move back to defensive end.
Jones played at UCLA with Vikings linebackers Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks.
