The never-ending game of musical quarterbacks is still being played at Winter Park.
Matt Cassel. Christian Ponder. Matt Cassel. Christian Ponder. Cassel. Ponder. Conder. Passel. Wait… we’re so confused!
Let’s slow this bad boy down. On Wednesday, Leslie Frazier said Christian Ponder is the starting quarterback as long as he’s healthy. Here’s Ben Goessling’s take…

Adam Schefter of ESPN is going with Cassel as the guy.
Vikings QB Christian Ponder, who fractured his rib, has been cleared to play, but Matt Cassel is Minnesota’s likely starter vs. Carolina.

Typically, the guy that starts takes the first-team reps in practice, and it was reported yesterday that Cassel was getting those valuable reps. More of the same today.
QB rotation same as it was yesterday. Cassel then Ponder, Freeman. Freeman spending a lot of time with QBs coach Craig Johnson. #Vikings

The only thing we know for sure is that Josh Freeman isn’t starting.
