The Minnesota Vikings appear to be doing some homework on a couple of talented NFL Draft hopefuls with off-the-field issues.
KSTP’s Darren Wolfson reports the Vikings will hold pre-draft visits with Missouri/Oklahoma wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham and Washington cornerback Marcus Peters.

Green-Beckham was kicked off Missouri’s football team after marijuana violations and one incident in which he was accused of forcing his way into an apartment and throwing a woman down the stairs, according to Pro Football Talk. He was never charged.
PFT adds that both players have “significant baggage” from their off-the-field issues.
Walter Football ranks Green-Beckham ninth among this year’s crop of wide receivers. The site also calls him “an amazing physical specimen and a good athlete, but NFL teams have major character concerns about him.”
Peters, according to USA Today, is a first-round talent who was kicked out of Washington’s program after repeated team violations. But he has since owned up to his mistakes, even saying he would have kicked himself off the team, too.
