The Minnesota Twins return to the land of 10,000 lakes for their first game this season and it looks like they’ll be getting some decent weather for baseball.
The Twins host the Oakland Athletics Monday at 3:10 p.m. There’s a 30 percent chance of rain after 1 p.m., but otherwise it’ll be partly sunny with a high near 54 at Target Field, according to the National Weather Service.

With the weather the way it has been this spring, we’ll take it. Especially after last week’s snow.

After the snow was cleared, crews spent Saturday getting the field ready for the home opener by painting the “Opening Series” logos on the field, WCCO says.
