Despite losing in the EA Sports Madden NFL 25 cover vote, Adrian Peterson will indeed be on the cover of the popular video game when it’s released this year, according to the SportsBusiness Journal.

With both major gaming consoles — Playstation 4 and Xbox One — set to debut around the holiday season, Madden 25 is expected to be the launch title for both.
Peterson lost to former Detroit Lions hall of fame running back Barry Sanders in the finals of the cover vote earlier this spring. Sanders will man the cover of the PS3 and Xbox 360, while Peterson claims the cover of the next-generation systems.
