Adrian Peterson thinks this year’s Vikings team is good enough to win a Super Bowl. If he does, he’ll be able to cross his name off this Fox Sports list that says he’s one of the most desperate players in the NFL to win a title.

- Jimmy Graham
- Julius Peppers
- Carson Palmer
- J.J. Watt
We don’t know why Watt is on the list. He’s only played five years so he’s clearly not at the point of desperation like the guys above, who have all played a lot longer.
Peterson definitely recognizes desperate. Vikings defensive back Terence Newman is 38 and still without a championship ring, and linebacker Chad Greenway is in what will likely be his final season and he’s still searching.
