Yet another new chapter today in the ongoing Percy Harvin drama.
Harvin, who the Vikings are reportedly trying to trade away, has a move of his own.
According to Mike Florio of NBC’s ProFootballTalk, Havrin is expected hold out in 2013 unless he gets a new deal.
Harvin is set to earn $2.9 million in 2013, the final year of his rookie contract.
Vikings play-by-play guy Paul Allen agrees with the report, writing on his KFAN blog that, in his opinion, Harvin “likely will not show for camps or training camp” without a new deal.
NFL analyst Clark Judge thinks trading Harvin isn’t a bad idea. He says teams should never trade great players, but Harvin is just a good player.
It’s a no-win situation for the Vikings, according to The Daily Norseman.
