The 27-year old told Pro Football Talk that he has considered retirement for about a month.
Harvin was drafted by the Vikings in 2009 and spent four seasons with Minnesota.
He was traded to Seattle in 2013 and despite playing in just one game in the regular season, he returned a kick for a touchdown in the Super Bowl to solidify the Seahawks’ win over Denver.
After leaving the Seahawks, Harvin played for the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills. His days with the Vikings were certainly his memorable ones.
Percy Harvin: 32 career regular season TDs in 4 years with Minnesota, 3 regular season TDs in 4 years outside Minnesota.
