The combination of Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic was too much for the Bucks to handle, as the duo led the Wolves to a 95-85 win Friday night. Both finished with double-doubles — Love had 15 points and 14 rebounds while Pekovic finished with 14 points and 16 rebounds.
Alexey Shved and Luke Ridnour led the Wolves with 16 points each. Shved connected on four of six three-point attempts. J.J. Barea chipped in 15 points.
Kevin Love played, despite entering the night with a “questionable” tag on his name because of an illness. Minnesota was once again without forward Andrei Kirilenko, who missed a second consecutive game with back spasms.
