The charismatic coach of the Gopher football team will be featured in a four-part miniseries titled Being P.J. Fleck, which will feature Fleck’s first few months with the Gopher football team.

Being P.J. Fleck debuts on Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. on ESPNU with the remaining three episodes airing the following Wednesdays. The show will feature Fleck in a variety of settings from team meetings, hospital visits and motivational speeches. Fans will also see Fleck’s upbringing in his hometown of Sugar Grove, Illinois.
Fleck was named the 30th head coach (yes, there have been 30 freaking coaches) of the Gopher football team last January. Minnesota kicks off their 2017 season against Buffalo on Aug. 31 at TCF Bank Stadium.
