While the Minnesota Twins picked up the victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Monday afternoon, the game was known more for Rob Refsnyder slamming into the center field wall.
Prior to the second game of the series with the Orioles, the grounds crew at Camden Yards decided to have fun at Refnyder’s expense, drawing his outline in athletic tape where he crashed into the wall.

The masterpiece in centerfield is reminiscent of when Butch Huskey ran into the left field wall at the Metrodome in 1999. While the Seattle Mariners raced out to draw his outline in chalk, it did not have the detail of Refsnyder’s tribute in Baltimore.
It also channels the efforts of the Texas Rangers, who drew Joey Gallo’s outline in the dirt at Globe Life Field after he tripped over first base last month.

It appears that the Twins are having fun on their trip to Baltimore, which also included Josh Donaldson mocking Rocco Baldelli on Twitter.

The Twins’ success over the Orioles is a factor as Minnesota will look for its 17th straight win over Baltimore on Tuesday night.
