It’s not even July, but the odds are stacked against Gophers football coach Jerry Kill for the 2013 season.
Offshore sportsbook 5Dimes, via BeyondTheBets.com, has issued the over/under win totals for all 125 FBS college football teams.
At the low end, Idaho, with 1.5 wins predicted. At the high end, defending BCS champion Alabama with a predicted win total of 11.5 games.
The Gophers? Somewhere in the middle, with an over/under win total of 5.5 games.
We’re guessing some of those wins will come in the non-conference portion of the schedule, which doesn’t say much about Minnesota’s predicted outcome in Big 10 games this year. The Star Tribune’s Michael Rand wrote about that in his RandBall blog Wednesday.
In 2012, Minnesota went 6-7 overall, with a 2-6 conference mark.
