What the Timberwolves do in Thursday night’s NBA Draft is anyone’s guess, and there are plenty of them out there.
Marcus Fuller of the Pioneer Press wonders if Wolves president Flip Saunders will try and trade up to draft former Indiana shooting guard Victor Oladipo. The Wolves are reportedly willing to give up both of their first-round picks — No. 9 and No. 26 — and Derrick Williams to move up high enough to pick Oladipo.
Victor Oladipo said he has heard Minnesota trying to get him higher up in top five. Worked out at Orl, Phx, Cleve (NO and Minn watched him).

Oladipo has drawn some lofty NBA comparisons, including one to Miami Heat star guard Dwyane Wade.
If I am Cavs & don't trade # 1 pick I make the call to The Commish David Stern 4 @TomCrean Hoosiers VICTOR OLADIPO! #FutureStar =D Wade

Oladipo was named the 2012-13 Big Ten Player of the Year, and National co-Defensive Player of the Year.
