Make it back-to-back games with an opposite field home run for Miguel Sano.

The Twins’ 3-hitter ripped a line drive over the fence in right field – his 10th of the season – to give the Twins a 1-0 lead in the first inning Friday in Cleveland.

Entering play Friday, ESPN’s Buster Olney noted that Sano was pace to hit 47 homers with 152 RBI, 131 walks and 125 runs.
