We’ve done a post today about how Twins East (the Pittsburgh Pirates) are tearing baseball up and tied for the NL Central lead with St. Louis.

Now, we have this gem from ESPN Stats & Info about former Twins center fielder Denard Span.

The Nationals are 5.5 games out of the Wild Card hunt, and time is running out, so if you’re looking for a reason not to be mad about this, the Nats likely not making the playoffs might be it.

Another reason to be mad about it? How about the play of Twins center fielders this year that are actually on the team.
