Caitlin Clark sold-out arenas around the country as the best college basketball player on the planet for the Iowa Hawkeyes, and now she’s doing the same thing after being drafted with the No. 1 overall pick by WNBA’s Indiana Fever.
Clark and the Fever will make two stops in Minnesota during the upcoming WNBA season and ticket demands have reached the point that the Lynx, citing “unprecedented demand,” have decided to release upper-deck seats for games between the Lynx and Fever on Sunday, July 14 and Saturday, Aug. 24.
Those upper-level (200 level) tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday. Fans can purchase them online here or by calling 612-673-8400.
Lower-level tickets are available now through the same access points.
The Aug. 24 Lynx-Fever game will also feature the jersey retirement of Lynx legend Maya Moore, who happens to be Clark’s all-time favorite player.
The Lynx open the 2024 regular season on Tuesday, May 14 at 9:30 p.m. CT on the road against the Seattle Storm. Minnesota’s home opener is Friday, May 17 at 8:30 p.m. CT against Seattle.
