Stefon Diggs was practicing for a second day in a row Friday, but Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer still won’t reveal if Diggs will be in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Giants in New York.
Here’s how his exchange with media members went Friday, as recounted by ESPN’s Courtney Cronin.
Reporter: Will Stefon Diggs play this week?
Zimmer: “I don’t know. We’ll see.”
Reporter: Did he look like himself in practice?
Zimmer: “I don’t know I’ll have to watch the tape.”
Reporter: What are you basing his availability on?
Zimmer: “We’re going to watch the tape.”
Zimmer later added that Diggs has already been punished, so his availability for Sunday’s game will apparently have everything to do with the practice video.
According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Diggs’ frustration has grown as the Vikings have gone from a pass-heavy offense to a run-first approach.

Speaking Thursday, after not being at any Vikings activities Monday and Wednesday (Tuesday was an off day), Diggs said there are truth to all rumors, including rumors that suggest he wants to be traded.
At this point, anything could happen. But if Diggs remains with the Vikings through the weekend, don’t expect to know if he’s playing for sure until the Vikings release a a list of inactive players 90 minutes before the 12 p.m. kickoff.
In related news, the Giants will be without running back Saquon Barkley, who continues to rehab an ankle injury.
