Also moving up in the USCHO poll was Minnesota Duluth. The Bulldogs jumped two spots to No. 5 after splitting a road series against last week’s No. 1 team, North Dakota. They won on Friday in Grand Forks before losing on Saturday.
UMD is also third in the Pairwise.
The biggest fall of the week belongs to the University of Minnesota. Don Lucia’s Gophers fell seven spots, from ninth to 16th, after getting swept by the Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
St. Cloud State and Bemidji State are not ranked. The Huskies, however, swept Miami over the weekend. Miami was ranked fifth in the country.
