Joe Mauer hit a three-run home run and drove in six runs to lead the Twins over the Blue Jays, 12-5 in spring training action Sunday.
Justin Morneau also connected on a two-run shot.
Aaron Hicks went 4-for-4 and after the game manager Ron Gardenhire named him the opening day center fielder.
Thanks for all your support guys really means a lot. 8 more days of spring training then off to mn.

Hicks is batting .350 with 4 home runs and 18 RBI this spring.
“I feel like I had a great spring training,” Hicks told reporters after the game. “Denard (Span) told me to relax and be myself.”
Hicks replaces not only Span in center field, but Ben Revere as well. Both were traded for pitching help in the offseason.
