MarQueis Gray’s most likely route to the NFL is as a tight end.
The former Gophers quarterback and wide receiver tells the Pioneer Press that he’s been working with former Gopher tight end Ben Utecht to learn the position.
At 6-foot-3, 240 pounds, Gray has the speed and athleticism to perhaps hear his name called during this week’s NFL Draft.
Gray says quite a few teams have told him, “You look good on film and we like you a lot.” He noted that some teams also like him as a potential wide receiver. Check out some of his wide receiver highlights below.
