Guertler comes highly touted from the Fargo Force of the USHL, and Lucia has not specifically guaranteed he will miss any games. He did, however, say the suspension will be re-evaluated in November, with the Gophers first action coming at the Ice Breaker Tournament October 11 at Mariucci Arena, the same day Guertler is scheduled to appear in court.
