Francisco Liriano pitched six shutout innings in the Twins’ 6-4 spring training loss to the Yankees Friday. Liriano lowered his spring ERA to 2.00. He tells the Pioneer Press that his fastball, change-up and slider are all working. Liriano was good enough to make Yankees’ star Alex Rodriguez look foolish on a four-pitch strikeout.
