More fast and furious happenings in the world of the NFL on this last Sunday without football of the calendar year.
Former Viking punter Chris Kluwe has tweeted his farewell to Oakland. The move was made official in the past hour, and this marks the end of a very brief stint with the black and silver, as he was signed by the Raiders at the veterans minimum earlier this offseason.

That last tweet is in reference to Kluwe’s borderline obsession with the video game Path of Exile, just in case you were confused.
In other news, KFAN FM 100.3 reports former Minnesota State standout receiver Adam Thielen has been signed by the Vikings to their practice squad, along with six others.
Thielen, who has had an uphill battle since high school to keep his NFL dreams alive, went undrafted after a tremendous four-year career in Mankato.
Lastly, former Gopher quarterback MarQueis Gray appears to have landed on his feet.
Gray, who was released by the San Francisco 49ers yesterday, was claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns earlier today. Gray, now a tight end, has nothing but positive things to say about the chance.
