Sid Hartman of the Star Tribune writes that Joe Webb could be moving from quarterback to wide receiver.
In Hartman’s column, Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier says swtiching Webb from quarterback back to wide receiver is “something we’ll continue to discuss as we go forward.”
As of now Webb is one of four quarterbacks on the roster. Christian Ponder is the starter, Matt Cassell is the backup while McLeod Bethel-Thompson are also on the depth chart.
The only receivers currently on the roster include Greg Jennings, Jerome Simpson, Jarius Wright and Stephen Burton.
