The pool of 35 players for the 2018-20 USA Men’s National Team includes Timberwolves All-Star Jimmy Butler.
Being named to the pool means they’re invited to the USA Men’s National Team minicamp in Las Vegas this summer, July 25-27.

Karl-Anthony Towns is not among the 35 players, likely because he plays for the Dominican Republic during international competition. Towns was born in the Dominican Republic but grew up in New Jersey.

The 2020 Olympic Games will be held July 24-Aug. 9 in Tokyo, Japan.
