Huge news today from the Minnesota Wild as the team announced that it has officially changed its goal song to Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy”
The song was used during Game 6 of Minnesota’s playoff series against the Dallas Stars, and following the season the team polled season-ticket holders to see if they would favor the change. Two-thirds of those polled favored the switch, the Wild learned.
So, beginning with the first preseason game on Sept. 27, all Wild goals will feature a little flavor from Prince.
