Hockey Day Minnesota in St. Cloud will feature five live games and the first-ever women’s college hockey game to be played outdoors on Hockey Day.
Lake George near downtown St. Cloud will be main stage for Fox Sports North’s coverage of the outdoor action. Live coverage begins Jan. 20 at 9 a.m. and the first puck drops at 10 a.m. between boy’s teams St. Cloud Tech/Apollo and St. Cloud Cathedral. The second game of the day features St. Cloud State and Minnesota-Duluth in women’s hockey, followed by another boy’s game between Moorhead and Centennial.
At 5 p.m. Fox Sports North Plus will televise Minnesota State-Mankato men’s hockey against St. Cloud State at Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in St. Cloud. The festivities will wrap up with the Wild and Tampa Bay Lightning at Xcel Energy Center.
