We told you yesterday about The MMQB’s Peter King raving about Teddy Bridgewater’s awesome training camp practice against the Bengals, but now you need to see what Vikings offensive coordinator Norv Turner is saying about his third-year QB.
“He’s been making those throws all summer,” Turner told The MMQB. “In fact, he was making the same throws last year. It’s just that because we didn’t end the year very well offensively people don’t remember that. I think he has a chance to be really really good.”
The latest sign that Bridgewater keeps getting better is that King noticed he’s throwing a much better deep ball. That’s the part of his game he struggled with most last season, completing less than 40 percent of his passes 20 yards down the field.

NFL reporter Adam Caplan told Vikings.com that Bridgewater’s progression will determine if Minnesota can get back to a Super Bowl.
“I think it’s taking the next step and the progression of where they will ultimately probably end up — being a Super Bowl team in the next two or three years,” Caplan said.
Funny, the Super Bowl just happens to be in Minnesota in 2018.
