Blair has been kicked to the curb and his replacement, according to USA Today’s Tom Pelissero, is former Redskins and Saints kicker Kai Forbath.
Most importantly: Forbath can make extra points. He was 34-35 last season on extra points, which was the first season the NFL backed them up from 19 yards to 33 yards.
Kind of scary: Forbath was just 10-of-15 on field goals last season. Walsh, this season, was 12-of-16.
Forbath kicked for #Redskins and #Saints last year, making 10 of 15 FG attempts, 34 of 35 XPs. Cut by NO when they signed Wil Lutz this year

But this is kind of cool. Forbath was teammates with current Vikings long snapper Kevin McDermott and punter/holder Jeff Locke at UCLA. Here’s a closeup of his face in case you see him sometime.
