Eric Kendricks did it in Week 1 and Stefon Diggs did it in Week 2, and now Everson Griffen has done it in Week 3.
The NFL named Griffen the NFC Defensive Player of the Week on Wednesday. Griffen sacked Carolina quarterback Cam Newton three times in Minnesota’s 22-10 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
Everson Griffen just walked into the #Vikings locker room saying: "We have a f****** team. I love my team."

Kendricks won the same award in Week 1 and Diggs was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week after he torched the Packers in Week 2.
It’s actually five straight weeks the Vikings have had a player of the week if you count Griffen and Blair Walsh to end the 2015 season.
Up next, the Vikings take on the Giants at U.S. Bank Stadium on Monday Night Football.
