Gophers’ quarterback MarQueis Gray says the next athletics director at the University of Minnesota needs to be accessible. Gray has spent some time serving on the advisory board, helping in the search for Joel Maturi’s replacement. He wants the next AD to “get to know” the athletes and what they need to win.
