The Golden Gopher basketball team finished their two-game exhibition season in style tonight at Williams Arena, a 101-67 win over Concordia-St. Paul.
Minnesota struggled in the first half, going back and forth with the Golden Bears throughout the first 20 minutes and going into the locker room up just 10 against the Division II side from across the river.
When the second half came around, Andre Hollins and Maurice Walker made sure to put all the upset talk to bed, as the big man Walker led all scorers with 17 while Hollins added 16.
It is the first time Minnesota has reached triple digits since their exhibition opener against Northeastern State in 2010.
